This one has a Damascus cladding which means every etch comes out a little different. I never fully know what I'm going to get and I love that about it. Olive wood is a joy to shape, the smell alone makes it worth it. Happy with how she turned out.

Handle: Olive oil
Ferrule: Brass
Finish: Dark etched
Hand wash and dry immediately to prevent moisture damage. Regular sharpening and oiling of the handle are recommended to maintain optimal performance.
