#2 of 2; 80Crv2 and 15n20 cladding with a purple dyed Spalted birch handle

This is the second of the twin set that i have made. She is a bit longer and sleeker than the other twin. This blade is also a sanmai construction with an 80CrV2 core. I have brushed the forge scale away so it gives a shiny clean brute du forge finish. 

Details:

Steel: 80CrV2 core with 15n20 cladding (San Mai)

HRC: 59–60

Handle: Purple Spalted Birch

Ferrule: Brass 

Finish: Dark etched San Mai

Hand wash and dry immediately to prevent moisture damage. Regular sharpening and oiling of the handle are recommended to maintain optimal performance.
