This chef’s is a dark and elegant San Mai creation, combining the strength of a tough 80CrV2 core with beautifully patterned 15n20 cladding. Etched to bring out the layered contrast, the blade speaks to both performance and subtle detail. The handle is made from warm teak, contrasted with deep African blackwood — shaped for comfort and control in the kitchen.

Hand wash and dry immediately to prevent moisture damage. Regular sharpening and oiling of the handle are recommended to maintain optimal performance.
