80CrV2 santoku met teak heft

A santoku in 80CrV2, forged by hand in Groningen from a single piece of steel, with no cladding. A santoku is a Japanese all-purpose kitchen knife. The teak handle is warm and light, a good match for the lean blade, with an African blackwood ferrule. This is a straightforward working knife, nothing fussy about it.
