Koksmes met 80CrV2-kern en 15N20-bekleding – teak en African blackwood heft

A chef's knife with an 80CrV2 core and 15N20 cladding, forged by hand in Groningen. That is san mai, three layers: the hard core takes the edge, the outer layers keep the blade tough. 15N20 stays bright in the etch while the 80CrV2 turns dark, which shows the layers. The handle is teak and African blackwood, which is almost black, with an African blackwood ferrule. They work well together against the layered steel.
